Booking / Reservations

1.1 How can I book a simulation session?
You can book online through our website by selecting your preferred lounge and time slot, by phone, or directly on site at the front desk.

1.2 Can I modify or cancel a booking?
Yes, up to 2 days before your session. Please contact the lounge via email or phone.

1.3 Can I book for multiple people or as a group?
Yes, you can select multiple participants when booking online, up to the maximum number of available simulators in the lounge. For groups of more than 10 people, we recommend contacting the lounge for optimal organization.

1.4 Do I need to register to book?
Yes, registration is mandatory and part of the booking process. Once registered, your name is saved in the system and ready to be assigned to a simulator.

1.5 How can I check my bookings or session history?
All past and future bookings, as well as your driving session history, are available in your Driver Profile.

1.6 Can I book a session on the same day?
Online bookings are available up to 6 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, please call the lounge directly.

1.7 Can I just walk in without a booking?
Yes, but we have a limited number of walk-in sessions available each day, assigned on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.

Sim Racing Races & Championships

2.1 How can I register for a race or championship?
You can register directly on our website. The “Next Races” section includes all upcoming single races, while the “Championships” section allows you to join a full season.

2.2 Can I participate even if I have no experience?
Yes! Most of our events are open to everyone. We always expect fair play and respect. Some events may be limited to a set number of drivers or require more experience — this will always be specified in the event overview.

2.3 How does the NEP points system work?
The Nürburgring Experience Points (NEP) system rewards performance, consistency, and clean racing. Your NEP score helps rank drivers and unlock discounts, exclusive prizes, and gifts. Every race helps you level up!

2.4 Where can I find the race schedule?
You can find all upcoming events in the “Next Races” section. Each race has its own page with all details, rules, and registration form.

2.5 What kind of prizes can I win in championships?
Prizes vary by event and may include free sessions, official merchandise, gift cards, Nürburgring driving experiences, or VIP invitations.

2.6 Do I need a membership to participate?
No, but with the Monthly Pass or Season Pass, you get 20% off on all race entries. Full benefits are listed in the “Membership” section of our website.

2.7 Where can I view rankings and results?
Race results are published on the individual race or championship pages. In your Driver Profile, you’ll also find the general lap time leaderboard and your personal NEP ranking.

Private Events & Lounge Experiences

3.1 Can I organize a private event at one of your lounges?
Yes, you can reserve the entire lounge or a set number of simulators for corporate events, birthdays, private parties, or team-building sessions.

3.2 What kind of services do you offer during events?
Each lounge has an in-house bar with snacks, pizzas, and drinks. We can also arrange catering upon request, customized setups, music, and full technical support.

3.3 How long does a private event last?
Event durations are flexible, typically ranging from 1 to 5 hours depending on the selected package. Custom time slots are available upon request.

3.4 What activities are included in an event?
All events include sim racing sessions, guest reception, staff support, and depending on the package, welcome drinks, food, or prizes.

3.5 How many people can join a private event?
It depends on the lounge. Each location has a different number of simulators and a maximum guest capacity. Please contact us to check availability.

3.6 How can I book or request a quote?
You can fill out the form in the “Private Events” section of our website or contact the lounge directly by email or phone.

3.7 Are private events only for companies?
Not at all! You can host any kind of gathering: birthday parties, bachelor events, special dinners, casual races among friends, or even public events like concerts or DJ sets.

Membership & Subscriptions

4.1 What benefits does the Nürburgring eSports membership offer?
An active membership gives you unlimited access to the simulators during opening hours, 20% discounts on events and championships, and exclusive perks and rewards.

4.2 What types of memberships are available?
We offer two options:

  • Monthly Pass: valid for 30 consecutive days.
  • Season Pass: valid for 12 months.

Both include unlimited racing sessions and 20% off on all official events and championships.

4.3 How can I purchase or renew my membership?
You can do it directly online in the “Membership” section, or from your Driver Profile under “My Membership”.

4.4 Can I manage or cancel my membership?
Yes. In your Driver Profile you can check your membership status, stop the auto-renewal, or update your payment details.

4.5 Is the membership valid in all lounge locations?
Yes, your membership is valid in all Nürburgring eSports lounges. Just check in at reception.

4.6 Can I gift my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are strictly personal, linked to the user’s profile, and non-transferable.

4.7 Where can I see and use my benefits and discounts?
Discounts are automatically applied when booking online or signing up for events. At the lounge, show your active profile to receive the discount at checkout.

Gift Card

5.1 How can I purchase a Nürburgring eSports Gift Card?
You can purchase a Gift Card via the “Gift Card” button in the main menu or through the dedicated section on our website. Choose your preferred lounge, enter the recipient’s name and email address, and optionally add a personalized message. The Gift Card will be sent directly to the recipient by email and will be instantly active in their Driver Profile.

5.2 What if the recipient doesn’t have a Nürburgring eSports profile yet?
If the recipient is not yet registered, they will be prompted to sign up. Once the registration is complete, the credit will automatically appear in their account.

5.3 Where can I view and manage my Gift Card balance?
You can check your available credit and history at any time under the “My Gift Card” section in your Driver Profile.

5.4 Do Gift Cards expire?
No, the credit on Gift Cards does not expire. It stays valid until fully used.

5.5 How are Gift Cards used?
Gift Cards work as prepaid credit. When you book sessions, register for races or make other purchases on the website, the system automatically deducts the available credit—no code needed.

5.6 What can I use the Gift Card credit for?
Credit can be used exclusively online for booking sessions, registering for championships or individual races, or buying memberships.

5.7 Can I use a Gift Card in the lounge?
Officially, Gift Cards can only be used online. On-site usage is only allowed if specifically approved by the Store Manager.

Simulator Use & Driving Experience

6.1 How does a Nürburgring eSports simulator work?
Our full-motion simulators provide a highly realistic racing experience by replicating acceleration, braking, and cornering forces. Each station includes a motion seat, high-precision steering wheel, professional pedals, and triple-screen setup. For more technical details, visit our dedicated simulator page.

6.2 Do I need experience to use the simulators?
No! Our simulators are suitable for both beginners and experienced drivers. Our staff will help you choose the right car, track, and difficulty level.

6.3 Can I freely choose my car and track?
Yes. You can select from over 350 cars and 70 tracks, including the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Some content may be available only upon request or during special events.

6.4 Are there any physical restrictions for using the simulator?
We recommend a minimum height of 1.30 m. The maximum supported weight is 130 kg. If you're unsure, please contact our staff before booking.

6.5 Can I save my lap times or replays?
Yes. All your lap times are automatically saved in your Driver Profile. In some lounges, you can also request a video replay of your session.

6.6 What if the simulator has a technical issue?
If a technical problem occurs, our staff will assist immediately. If needed, you may repeat the session or receive credit for the time lost.

6.7 Can I share my session with friends?
Yes, by booking multiple simulators at the same time, you can race together. While each simulator runs individually, we can organize private multiplayer races on request.

Behaviour, Usage Rules & Age/Health Restrictions

7.1 Are there any rules to follow when using the simulators?
Yes. We kindly ask all customers to follow staff instructions, treat the equipment with care, and behave respectfully and sportingly during the entire session.

7.2 Can I use my phone during the session?
We strongly discourage using your phone while driving, as it may fall and break. At the beginning of each session, we provide "pocket trays" where you can safely store your personal items like keys, wallets, or phones.

7.3 Can I participate if I have consumed alcohol or drugs?
No. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Staff may deny access in case of suspected unsafe behaviour.

7.4 What is the minimum age to use the simulators?
We recommend a minimum age of 8. However, access also depends on height and coordination. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

7.5 Are the simulators suitable for everyone?
Not entirely. We do not recommend them for people with severe heart conditions, epilepsy, or other health issues that could be triggered by motion or visual stimuli. Consult your doctor if in doubt.

7.6 What happens if I damage the simulator?
Any damage caused by misuse or irresponsible behaviour may result in the session being stopped and repair costs being charged.

7.7 Can I access the lounge without driving?
Yes. The bar area is open to everyone, even non-drivers. During peak times, reservations or a minimum consumption may be required.

Food & Drink / Lounge Bar & Menu

8.1 Do you offer food and drinks in your lounges?
Yes. Each lounge has a lounge bar with a selection of warm snacks, pizzas, soft drinks, beer, and cocktails. It’s a casual food offering designed to enhance your sim racing experience – not a full restaurant.

8.2 Is the menu the same at every location?
No. Each lounge has its own tailored menu depending on the venue. You can check the updated menu on the webpage of your chosen lounge.

8.3 Can I order during my session?
Yes. You can order before, during (if it doesn’t interfere with driving), or after your session. Our staff will bring your order to your simulator or table.

8.4 Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, our lounge bars serve beer, wine, and cocktails. However, driving the simulators under the influence of alcohol is not allowed. Staff may stop a session if inappropriate behaviour is observed.

8.5 Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. Most lounges offer at least one vegetarian dish, and some also have vegan options. Ask our staff or check the menu online for details.

8.6 Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. For hygiene and quality reasons, bringing external food or drinks is not allowed unless previously agreed for private events.

8.7 Can I just come for a drink without driving?
Absolutely! Our lounge bar is open to anyone who wants to relax, watch the races, have a drink with friends, or discover the vibe – no driving required.
