How do I purchase a Membership?
You can buy your Membership directly on our website, in the Membership section. Just choose your preferred lounge ((Nürburgring, Koblenz, Zürich, Roche , Luzern, etc.), and complete the payment.
Is my Membership valid for all lounges?
Yes! Your Membership (Season or Monthly) is valid in every Nürburgring eSports lounge, regardless of where it was purchased.
Can I book a simulator online with a Membership?
No, Memberships do not include online reservations. Walk-ins are welcome, but customers with online bookings have priority. We recommend arriving early or calling the lounge in advance.
Is payment automatically renewed?
Yes, both Season and Monthly Passes are auto-renewed at expiration. You can cancel renewal at any time from your personal area under “My Memberships”.
What happens if I cancel the auto-renewal?
Your Membership will remain active until the end of its validity. No refund is issued, but you keep enjoying all the benefits until the last valid day.
